Just moved to Crystal City and found the most amazing gem! Issa gave me the MOST gorgeous balayage. I have been looking for the perfect colorist for over 2 years, having tried 5+ colorists in even the most high end price ranges. What I can say is this: my color has NEVER been more gorgeous, natural and exactly what I wanted. The hair is instagram worthy! I could not more highly recommend this salon and I will be back!!!
I completely destroyed my hair trying to color it myself, and then I went to Dazzle. Issa absolutely SAVED me! I honestly didn’t think my hair could be fixed, but he worked a miracle.
Issa is an incredibly talented colorist who truly knows what he’s doing. He took the time to assess my hair, explained the process, and gave me results that were even better than I hoped for. On top of his amazing skills, he’s genuinely kind, honest, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment.
