Best eye doc I've had. I think most of the bad reviews come from his brevity. Dr. Tran was an Air Force officer and isn't rude but he certainly doesn't waste any time. He's got patients and you've got your day to get on with. Thorough, but fast, and not to the point of sloppiness. The fact that he offers walk-ins at all is a big concession and requires him to avoid messing around. For the price, it can't be beat.
We've literally have had a Costco membership since 2011 and cannot believe we have never stopped by their Optical Center. We now know that has been a huge mistake, the prices are so unbelievable! Today, I came in with my prescription and was able to get two pair of prescription glasses for $201. I personally believe that's a steal knowing previous experiences. Especially with one pair of frames being designer. Lisa, the individual that helped me today was amazing! She's honestly made the process so smooth and easy. She personally took her time to help me find what I was looking for. I greatly appreciated that and we definitely be returning.
My family and I have been to Dr. Tran multiple times and he's always professional. He's quick but thorough to the point that he made my prescription better and more appropriate than previous eye doctors did. He saw me for an urgent exam to get a piece of a contact out of my eye and had it done in less than three minutes! GREAT eye doctor!
