I had a great experience with these guys for a carplay install, head unit replacement, and dashcam install on my 2013 Lexus es350. Out of all the shops I went to, Dave gave me the most time of day before I paid by far, and he was supportive in fixing my imported car.
Yesterday, Car Spa installed my VIOFO 329S front and rear dash cams. I made the appointment the day before and received an estimate of the required time and cost. The location is very convenient to the Four Mile Run walking trail and all the coffee shops and restaurants in Shirlington, so very easy to pass the time if one decides to wait. The job took the estimated 2 hours and was done extremely well for the hourly price I was quoted. I can’t see any wires! They had it all set up to start recording as soon as I drove away. Goal: Install aftermarket search heaters in my car. Seth was courteous at all times when we had to reschedule several times because of snowy road conditions. When I was finally able to get there, early AM, Seth shared with me a small café where I could get breakfast & wait for the job to be done. Once complete, the technician explained how the new heaters worked. He showed me where and how to use the on/hi & low/off switches were. All in all, it was a great & pleasant experience. And BEST, I had a warm behind & back on the way home! ??
