Well, I was content with this service until I wore my gray slacks for the first time today since getting them cleaned. Blue cleaner product/ink stains on my slacks, my blazer collar was creased incorrectly, and it seems like the manager is the only competent person who works there and the employees just aimlessly follow his lead. They are absolutely helpless without him. I wouldn't recommend taking your clothes here.
Aurora Hill Cleaners is run professionally, and they are extremely kind. Jimmy is always kind, quick, and attentive, and has a sharp eye to ensure what he is giving back is of the highest quality possible. I have received one pair of pants once with a slight extra crease, but beyond that I haven't had a single issue over the past 7 years. Their prices are very reasonable. This is definitely the type of dry-cleaner I grew up with in my hometown. He knows my name, my number, etc. Strongly recommend their services.
