The technician, Richard, was onetime, courteous, efficient in an AC maintenance service, and reasonably priced. Scheduling and a followup call was pleasant and efficient. Couldn't ask for better.
We have been customers of Arlington Heating for system maintenance for over 20 years and have been very well served. We also bought our repalcement furnace from them and had them expand our previously inadequate (1980's design) ductwork. Their service personnel have always been friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They show up on time, and clean up thoroughly when the work is finished. I have and will continue to recommend them to our friends and relatives.
Arlington Heating & Air installed a new AC system for us last year at a reasonable cost and did a great job, and we signed up for an HVAC service contract. Recently we had a spring check-up on the AC and I mentioned the heating had stopped working right at the end of the cold season, and even though it was not time for a heat check-up, Marlon checked it out and made a small tweak to get it working again, at no extra charge. We've had a great experience with them so far and would highly recommend them.
