It has been 3 days since my treatment. At the time it was very powerful and helpful, both from the manipulation and the explanations of what was causing my problems, which I knew had been building for a long time. The accompanying email was also very informative and I have been able to work on rehabilitation and re-education of my posture. It really feels like I can become pain-free and I'm so grateful for that, but also keep well by improving my posture and combating limited movement. When swimming today I experienced greater movement and alignment than I ever had before, it was a real eureka moment. Dr Schreffler is the best chiropractor I have ever been to! And I have seen many chiros! He is so knowledgeable and can get right to the source of the problem. I’ve been seeing Dr S fro sometime with many different issues that arise from life, life stressors and workout, running… issues. Always come away feeling so much better and often armed with exercises to support me. He and his staff are #1 in my book!
