This place has only a five minute grace period! I showed up for an appointment at the Ballston location today and struggled to find a parking spot so by the time I walked in the door, it was three minutes past my appointment time. The person working the front desk was assisting another patient so by the time I spoke with them it was six minutes past my original appointment time and I was informed that my appointment had been automatically canceled and they have no availability for the rest of the evening. I went over a year ago for a annual physical. At the time, the clinician seemed very nice, but when I tried to call back to confirm if I needed to schedule a second appointment, I never heard back. I tried to call at least 2 times before Christmas of 2022.
For nearly 2 years, I've been getting repeated calls to schedule another appointment, but never heard back about my question.
Today, I just received an email for a $20 refund and called the help line. They mentioned that the clinic is updating their systems and thus, old patients with an outstanding refund balance are being credited this money back.

The only problem is nobody ever answers the phone. God help you if you find someone as obnoxious and unprofessional as Camila M at the front desk. She has zero skills or knowledge and enjoys making patients irate, yelling at them and lying and then calling 911 to lodge false complaints.
