Bia takes care of her staff, whom she trains and treats with respect. As a result, they are very loyal and stay with her. It's also great to deal with such a conscientious and trustworthy female owner in a line of work where many women and immigrants are exploited. When the rare mishap occurs, Bia always makes it right.
