Yoga6 Kingstowne is such a welcoming space. They offer a variety of classes, the teachers are wonderful, and the atmosphere is always so positive. I always look forward to my next class!
Yoga isn’t my thing…until YogaSix. I really enjoy the classes, the entire vibe. It is calming, while at the same time strengthening. You may see me attending a class trying but utterly failing to get the positions and keeping my balance - I am very new. This is the first time I don’t feel self conscious about it! Try the 3 classes!
