Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone at the office. It's very hard to get in contact with the doctors here. Even if you leave a message on the portal, it takes then well over ten business days to get back to you. I also noticed that the phones don't ring at the front desk, so it confirms that its hard to reach anyone at this practice. If you are looking to have a doctor with open communication about your health, this is not the place to go.

I had an appointment this morning for a physical exam and possible blood work, and I had called to verify that they took my insurance TWICE before actually coming in. Both times I was told my insurance was accepted but when I arrived in the actual dr's office they told me they did not. Which is really weird bc I have been to other VHC locations before and they accepted my insurance just fine.Insurance issues aside, one of the other ladies working there butted into my conversation with the woman who was checking me in, and claimed that even though I had an appointment, they wouldn't be able to see me because a "physical exam takes too long" and "it would take too long...read full review

WHY don't they ever answer their phones and also there is no way to send message via portal. it says no one available to receive the message...what's going on with this practice??
