I was blown away with their prompt response to replace a defective a/c coil. They quickly obtained a replacement part and replaced the unit within days. Will use them from this point forward. Brandon and Jack Fannon were professional , courteous and prompt.

Heat went out on my old gas furnace on a Sunday (while at church no less, that doesn't seem right). Moved into my house recently and needed to find a good HVAC contractor.
I had never bought anything from Fannon and obviously wasn't on their customer list during their busy season because of this long cold snap. When my A/C broke on a hot summer weekend, TJ Fannon sent a team of expert technicians out first thing Monday morning. They diagnosed the problem quickly, had what they needed to fix it, did so efficiently, and gave me the option to install a safety to prevent the problem from happening again. They were respectful, competent, and fast, as well as affordable compared to what I hear my neighbors have paid for similar repairs. I will certainly continue to use TJ Fannon for all my HVAC/AC needs!
