I went in for deep tissue massage and acupuncture after a bad experience with a chiropractor. In 5 visits, I regained full flexibility in my neck! Very relaxing vibe.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time. This location is very convenient to my home so I was happy to find it. Cost is fair. I was able to book easily and right away. Several different people assisted throughout my time there, the huge issue is that what should have been relaxing and therapeutic ended up being more stressful and traumatic as I was left in the room with the needles/pins in my back while calling out for assistance for over an hour on both times that someone came in. They would massage then leave, come back massage then place the pins and leave. There was a language barrier at times as well. In total I was there for almost 3 hours because they forgot me. I have not gone back. There are too many massage therapist in the area that provide better service.

My friend recommended Dr Chen and Dr Wei. I came in with tight shoulders, neck and back due to my frozen shoulder. The Alexandria office is located on the ground level of an apartment building. Dr Wei and Dr Chen used cupping, acupuncture and massage therapy. They are very skilled and experienced and I barely felt pain during the treatment. They made sure I was comfortable by asking how I was feeling... if I was hurting or uncomfortable. Dr Chen suggested arm exercises to help healing of the frozen shoulder. When I left the office, my tightness was mostly gone and I saw improvement in range of motion of my shoulder. I slept like a baby that night! I will continue with the treatment for my frozen shoulder which I know will take time. I highly recommend this practice.

I've been going there since 2017 or 18. That should be enough to compliment the work that's done. Only few times I might had tough experience in not being heard to get help in the room, being uncomfortable with the position I am laying in or a needle that's irritating. Only things that would help is to have frequent checks on the patient to ensure they are comfortable.

Oh I love the services provided by this group. They are not long on talking with their clients and that's just fine. They do a wonderful job with the cupping, massage and accupuncture. They take insurance and are reasonably priced. Absolutely recommended.

The providers are good but there is something wonky with the billing. They charge me $10 over my co-pay and won't give me an itemized bill to tell me what it is for. It is very frustrating because the bill they submit to my insurance provider is inconsistent with what they charge me.

I have been using the Sports Injury Therapy Clinic for 30 years. They have treated my sports injuries, physical stress related work, and illness. I love the doctors, the staff, and facilities. It is also very reasonably priced with my insurance.
