We've been coming here for the last two years for our son's haircuts since he was two years old. We keep coming back so it's clearly sufficient. I will say it's not always the cleanest. We frequently have to ask them to clean the seats or the chairs again because there will always be hair. Unfortunately the vehicle chairs never work. There were two out of the four working within the last two years and now none of them work at all so they're kind of just for show.

The haircut itself was okay, but overall the experience didn’t quite match the price. I paid $37 for my son’s haircut, which felt high—especially since the service was listed as including a wash, cut, and blow dry, but my son only received a basic haircut. I expected the price to be a bit lower given that.
When we first arrived, the front door was locked and we had to wait a couple of minutes before a staff member came to let us in. After that, the stylist stepped away to grab something from her car, which added another delay.

What a delightful surprise and fantastic experience for my 4yo! She was a bit nervous with the shampoo but loved every other minute of the experience, including the manicure and special treats at the end. Messy was fantastic and fun and patient, and did a lovely cut, of course. We’ll be back!!
