Servpro did our pack out after a major basement flood due to a burst pipe. It took a full three days and they were efficient and professional. I appreciated the communication from their team lead Arminda. Good work!
Arminda supervised a team that emptied my basement after busted pipes flooded it. She and her entire team were professional and polite the 2 days they were here. They understood that it was emotional for me to watch personal belongings carried out in trash bags (100% loss) and were appropriately compassionate.
From the beginning, all my dealings with ServPro were positive. Calls were promptly returned, appointments were timely, and they were able to work around my schedule. I would definitely recommend, and while I hope never to need their service again, they would be my first choice for restoration services.
After water damage in our home, SERVPRO was a lifesaver. The team showed up quickly, walked us through the entire process, and made sure we understood what was happening at every stage.
