To keep it short, 100% a bait-and-switch scam. They provided an estimate to do a $100 vent cleaning. They did not bring any tools in and one of them waited in the van as the other told us that we will have to pay $528 extra to clean the blower unit in the HVAC system and to sanitize it. They left without cleaning the vents after we denied the extra services. They were trying to check if we would take the bait as quickly as possible to go try scamming another household.

100% a scam. Dudes literally sprayed air down my vents along with some spray that tried to make me think it was some special cleaner. I had all the tools they brought. Nothing special. Do not recommend.

Rachid, our repair technician, was great!The rest of the customer service and the program were horrible and I will not recommend or use it again.We were somewhat surprised when our refrigerator was not fixed on the original service date. We had indicated the compressor had gone bad, yet on September 6th when the technician came out he brought no parts. He did an evaluation and then ordered parts and set our appointment for ten days later. That is somewhat understandable although disappointing.Then things got even grotesquely worse!
