Rachid, our repair technician, was great!The rest of the customer service and the program were horrible and I will not recommend or use it again.We were somewhat surprised when our refrigerator was not fixed on the original service date. We had indicated the compressor had gone bad, yet on September 6th when the technician came out he brought no parts. He did an evaluation and then ordered parts and set our appointment for ten days later. That is somewhat understandable although disappointing.Then things got even grotesquely worse! On Saturday, September 16th (our original repair date) we were told to sit home from 8 to 5 and await our repair service. We arranged...read full review
