Carter was at my home in Old Town, Alexandria most of the day recently. He was capable, kind and patient. He fixed every issue I had, went to Home Depot to purchase needed items and during the course of identifying an outlet that wasn't working found a hot wire in a connected outlet, potentially saving my home from a catastrophic fire. He was congenial, pleasant and a pleasure to spend time with. TEN STARS for Carter and his knowledge and skills, and my deepest gratitude.
We were worried when we lost power in one part of one room, yet none of the circuit breakers had gone off. Electricians from Rush were here within an hour of our call, identified the problem, fixed it, and for a very reasonable price. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. Many thanks!
