Ken was everything you want a technician to be: polite, knowledgeable, and punctual! Communication was clear and considerate, and I was informed every step of the way. My issue was diagnosed and sorted more quickly than I could have imagined. Ken obviously knows what he is doing and does not waste anyone’s time. I heartily recommend this business!

I chose Annapolis Appliance with no previous knowledge of them. It proved to be one of the best decisions I’ve blindly made. I cannot adequately describe my awe of and gratitude to the gentleman named Ken who came to help. Between scheduling the service appt and Ken’s arrival this morning, my air conditioning broke, my lawnmower broke, my washing machine broke, and my downstairs ceiling broke thru with a leak from the bathroom pipes above. I felt like Sisyphus and was tempted just to drop the boulder of never ending burdens. (Yes, I’m emotional!) Thank you so much Any appliance service. My health is not that good and on a snowy nasty day Ken came out and did a great job fixing my freezer. Ken was very quick and thorough resolved my issue. I would not hesitate to use this company again thank you so much.
