I’ve worked with Regus twice—first in 2018–2019 and again in 2024–2025—and both times the experience was terrible. They bill you for services you don’t receive, and their billing practices feel dishonest. I will never work with them again!

I've been at this location for years. Everyone there is great. Right now Ashley is running things over there and she is awesome. She is a tremendous help - thank you Ashley!

Pictures on both the website and Google images are HIGHLY misleading. Find literally any other co-working space. This one only offers private offices which is not included in the $200 (!!!!!) I pay for a co-working space. I picked this location based on the photos and proximity to my house and am now locked into a 6 month contract paying for literally nothing because co-working doesn't exist.

Front desk here wasn't particularly helpful but this is also not their fault. Corporate customer service is garbage. They just want your money. Shady company. Misleading photos. Unreasonable prices. Absolutely do not recommend.

I wish I could literally give zero or negative 100. SMH. The same as mentioned by another person, they are TOO DECEPTIVE. You end services from the month to month BUT if you end say May 31st, you really don't end till June 30th or July 30th. So it is expected of you to STILL PAY FOR THE MONTH YOU CANCELLED. If you do not, you are billed a late fee. That is what happened to me. I had a retainer amount on file because I refused to have my card on file. I attempted to obtain my retainers. I had 3 offices with them and have known Regus since 2010s. It has gotten worse over the years. And this time it takes the cake. Their help desk is based outside of the US. The help desk where your office is, mine was in VA, PA and DC, NONE of them knew what to tell me. In fact, it's been said it is universal and standard on how the retainers are NOT put towards any final fees, but yet, THEY WERE! Each office treated my situation differently and none of the front desk staff knew how to help me. There were NO higher ups past the help desk in Belgium or wherever REGUS is really based, and all decisions were final. I was going to give up on trying. I decided to pay the fees they said I owed even AFTER I canceled my month to month lease end of the month, so I wouldn't owe the following month, and then they responded I wasn't given any refunds. I had to go back and forth until they then admitted the retainer was mine after all and not subjected to being used towards the fees. The credit would have sat there had I not said anything and gave up for MY MONEY. I put in the request back in April 1st. They said the refund will be 30 more days from date of request or when it is acknowledged by Regus, which the april 1st request isn't acknowledged. The May 9th date is. so I have to wait till June 9th hopefully to get my refunds. Shameful. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM if you do not want the headache at all. It makes NO Sense to cancel a month to month and still owe money for the following month you didn't know you owed and then get bill late fees for that. Shameful.

BEWARE - deceptive agent marketing strategies. I was looking for an office to use for only a month. I made this clear to the agent, Zin White when signing up. He said he would give me a "discount" on the contract. He made it seem like a simple process to cancel if you didn't want to continue on a month-by-month basis. Somehow, he didn't tell disclose the fact that if you want to cancel the contract, that it's a "30 day notice" but that if sign it any time after the beginning of the month, that it expires at the end of the subsequent month, i.e. if you cancel any time after January first, then the contract ends at the end of February. Please be careful and look into other office sharing options if you have the option.
