we are extremely happy that we found Potomac Kempo and Sensei Gary Covington where our 11 year old daughter now trains. He is positive, patient, kind and accommodating.. a great role model & teacher!

Gary and his team of instructors are top notch and do an excellent job training kids. Truly a one of a kind martial arts experience in the northern Virginia area!
