First time here, got a deluxe spa pedicure. The pedicure was great and I think is a fair price considering the amount of treatments you get. Their customer service is what really stood out to me for two reasons. The below might not seem like much, but they stand out to me with a nail salon.
1) the front desk person answering the phones was organized and honest about walk-ins, appointment and wait times. It seems like they take appointments seriously here, which some salons don’t and you end up waiting with an appt. I was a walk-in but they were honest about how long the wait would be and when the schedule looked to open up for shorter wait time.

The salon is clean and comfortable and the staff are professional. I’ve been coming here for years for nails and wax! I’ve tried others and have always ended up coming back to Perfect Nails.
I’ve been a customer for several years and am very satisfied. The employees are all very kind, and all do great work. My only complaint is that lately when I have visited, Fox News is on the TV, which does not make for a relaxing or calm environment. Putting on a neutral show…or frankly anything but FAUX NEWS would be a huge improvement!
