Shannon provided the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had, hands down. He was able to walk me through fixing my water heater in less time than it would have taken for him to come out, and I learned a lot about how water heaters work! It’s a relief to work with someone who really knows his stuff. He asks a lot of questions over the phone because he tries to get it all taken care of in one visit when possible. When I mentioned I had an issue with my shower, he walked me through fixing that as well. He came over when I hit a wall and finished the repair. I will recommend him to everyone I know—and everyone I don’t know :)
Needed a new sink install and hookup. Shannon helped find a great granite contractor, then did the sink hookup all very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely call on him for my future plumbing needs!
Shannon has been my plumber for ages now. First time I needed a plumber, I was worried about a leak based on my water bill. He poked around, showed me what to look for, then didn’t charge me anything. Ever since then, he has been my guy. Replaced all my toilets, sinks, new hot water heater. Had a failed element in the middle of snowmagedon, he walked me through the process of how I could isolate it and keep water flowing over the phone until he could visit the next day. He will always be my plumber, and I would recommend him to everyone.
