I had a good experience preparing my cremation documents back in 2002 meaning a very personable and helpful staff who were down-to-earth. In the intervening years, whenever I had a question, I called and always talked to a helpful and kind person. Today, it was the same, talking with Jim, who explained things to me regarding my inquiry about getting a pre-paid policy for my husband since I've recently married. I highly recommend this family-owned organization.
Old Town Funeral Choices was really lovely to work with when my mom passed away. We worked mostly with the Funeral Director, Jim, but also spoke with several others throughout the process of getting the details for the death certificate and logistics of cremation. Jim and everyone we spoke with was incredibly empathetic, caring, and helpful. It’s overwhelming when you’re dealing with a death and there are hundreds of google results for different places. Dealing with a death of a sibling is hard enough , Jim Zalewski and Tom (last name unknown) made it a good experience. My sibling had to be transported over state lines and Funeral Creations made it easy. They were very professional, courteous, and kind at all times.
I would highly recommend them to anyone !
