I would give zero stars if possible. Been to this beauty store plenty of times and usually I can browse and grab items without a problem. There was a woman staff member following me and my friend from the moment we walked in. Mind you, we’re grown. She followed us, pretending she was fixing her uniform or fixing up bags. She was just on us for no reason. That same woman then went to register to check the cameras while my friend and I were PAYING for our items. They have a big selection but the staff is not willing to help. I usually go to Kirea beauty and they are always helpful. They will look at the hairstyle my daughter is going to get and show us what hair they recommend in different price points. There were two young girls working and one had a hard time explaining the different selections and the other told me they “might” have more stock but then said everything they had was out on the sales floor. I’m not familiar with the different braiding styles and brands of hair so it’s not useful to me if they have a large stock but no one is there to help the customer.

Asian owned beauty supply store that is clean, spacious, and well-organized that provides front counter customer service. Their primary products are wigs, braiding hair, weave hair, and a wide variety of hair care products. One drawback is that the manager and employees cannot provide product information or recommendations regarding quality or use. They are strictly a supplier.
