Japanese Auto City, led by Johnny and his team, is a highly recommended auto repair shop. They provide great service at reasonable prices and are known for their honesty and straightforward approach. Specializing in steering and suspension repair, they have helped keep both Subarus and Kias running smoothly for several years. Customers appreciate their ability to fix what is needed and provide advice on what can be left alone, making them worth every penny.
I've taken several vehicles here over the years and have always found this shop very competent and, equally important, honest. It's rare to feel reassured when you bring your car in for repairs; half the time, you're bracing to be ripped off. That's not the case here. And in fact, once they've fixed whatever needs fixing, they've often taken care of small issues (e.g., random rattles) without asking and at no added charge. I almost never do reviews, but I'll make an exception here. I highly recommend them.
Can't speak more highly of Johnny and the team at Japanese Auto City. They do great work at very reasonable prices and are honest, straightforward and a pleasure to do business with (you don't say that often about repair shops).
I've been coming here for several years. I bring my Subaru and Kia. Johnny fixes what needs to be fixed and tells you if you can leave it alone. This guy keeps my cars running and is worth every penny.Services: Steering & suspension repair
