John Serfica was an amazing HVAC technician. He always explains the problem in detail, which can be understood by a commoner. The way he explains the issue creates trust in his judgement and he reduces a homeowner's anxiety regarding the HVAC issue.

Asked I-HVAC/Winds of Valley LLC for a second opinion on an AC service recommendation which was going to cost me thousands of dollars. They sent a technician within.a few hours of my call. John was extremely professional, communicative and thorough. He looked over my AC for over an hour, and found that a couple of crossed wires in the AC condenser had created an issue. He promptly corrected them, checked the electrical and refrigerant and determined that my AC unit is functioning normally and would not need any additional service.
