I've been seeing Sussie for about 15 years. She's 1 hr drive away but I gladly make that trip! Same with my now teenage kids (boy and girl). We don't let anyone else go near our hair and always get tons of compliments. Sussie is a professional through and through. She understands hair, whether curly or dead straight, and know what works, and what it needs, and what doesn't. We have never had a bad haircut! Price wise she is very reasonable. Fantastically different approach to haircolorI arrived with hair that was cooked and baked!Suzanne Hylen the owner applied the Organics Color after the consultation .The Organics Color smelled of zero chemicals and never hurts or burns .The lovely scented amount of "conditioning color" saturated every strand .. Suzanne applies each lock of hair accordingly Organic color that conditioned my slightly different colored chemically and and terribly terribly overprocessed hair.Suzanne then rinsed the color and gave me a beautiful masque that remained about 30-40 minutes. I've been a salon hopper. Sussi is a master of hair color. She listens and is patient. Within a few months my hair has transformed from damaged and bad cut that didn't do anything for me. To just the right color and style that fits my face. After all she can't make hair grow so as it grew she had more to work with. No pretentions. A pleasant environment where I look forward to every few weeks.
