I had a wonderful experience at Hautenchic with Alanea! She transferred my look! Alanea is a master hairstylist who designed a style to fit me personally using top quality products, and then meticulously cut my hair as if she was creating a masterpiece! This is the best salon experience for hair - like no other! Also, I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of her shop which is the next best thing to having your hair done at home by an expert. Alanea was so kind, patient, and understanding, as previous reviews have mentioned. I went in wanting highlights and possibly a color correction but the website said you had to call for a consultation first. Alanea spent 5 hours with me and gave me a strategic trim. She cut the split ends and was able to salvage a couple inches! I haven’t gotten my hair professionally cut in years and Alanea gave me great advice for healthy hair hygiene. Alanea is a true professional. This was my first visit and she spent a lot of time with me figuring out the optimal highlights and cut. She gave suggestions and feedback - what would suit my face shape, etc. She also gave me a complete introduction to extensions answering a dozen questions. No extensions this time (soon, I hope!), but beautiful blonde highlights and perfect layers! Thank you, Alanea! I will be back.
