I have been twice to this location with stylist Chelsea. The first time was just a cut, but she was so easy to talk to and offered great hair advice. I am a low maintenance gal, but like the looks of styles like balayage. Feeling comfortable that Chelsea was skilled and “got me” I decided to treat myself to a longer, more involved styling for 2024. I definitely made the right decision. She walked me through everything, was enjoyable to chat with, and gave me a great new look.

The cut was decent, but the coloring was bad. The overall experience was not great. I had a 4:30pm appointment. My stylist, Nang, did not see me until 5pm. I arrived early, so I was waiting for 45min before I even sat in the chair. I had a cut and a partial highlight scheduled. I was there until 8pm. Way too long!I asked for a very natural highlight. I didn't want it too bright since it's still the middle of winter, but wanted just a little bit of highlight. I ended up getting a highlight that is not blended.
