A shout out to Greener Cleaner for a superb job on the alternations on the doggie coat for Sami!! THANK YOU! I ordered 2 different sizes of the Ruffwear coats; one was too big (XS, 17-22 inches long) and the other was too small (XXS, 13-17 inches long). The XXS was too small in the chest girth for Sami, so I decided to have the larger of the two, the XS, altered and send the XXS back to the company. I could have gone with other brands of coats altogether, but I really liked this coat because it covered her undercarriage which is important since she is so low to the ground and it has high ratings for extreme cold and high loft warmth. Serdar was great in letting me know that there would be a cost and I should consider that, and he also told me in might not look like the original coat after alternations, so I was prepared for all that and still decided to move forward. I needed the coat to be approximately 13 inches long (remember this one fit her chest girth)...and I picked it up today and it looks AWESOME! And fits Sami splendidly! They even added little darts to fit around her backside; it looks I ordered it from the company this way! So professionally done! Thank you!
