I have been trying to get my money back from this place for nearly a year. I called BBB and the corporate office doesn't respond back. Their waxers made me bleed and then left me with wax all over. It was horrible experience where the manager never reached out directly. The waxer was rude and careless.

The only reason for the extra star is because Kaia is great.
I was sold a service I didn’t and wouldn’t buy. I did buy a wax pass but an extra one was bundled in I didn’t agree too.
One day the clerk told me it was there unbeknownst to me. I fought it for almost 2 months. They refused to give me any money back. Then they credited my account but I could only use it at that location. More unreturned phone calls. More calling and waiting because I’m not going back to a location that refused to refund my money and made a fraudulent purchase on my behalf. Even if there’s paperwork- I only believed & was told I was buying a waxpass for the services I actually used. It was awful. I spent so much time trying to resolve this.

Not very happy actually..the lady Brianna need to be retrain because she apply the wax from the corner exterior of my eye and of course remove the wax in direction of the hair grow which is all opposite ..it’s not a big deal but it’s not the right. Way. ..my daughter and I always comes to your place but I think we will use another location or just make sure we do not have her ,.I did tipped her anyway but was not happy ..

I absolutely LOVE LALA ❤️ She made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the room with her. She is efficient and pays attention to detail which I value in a waxer. She is an asset to this location of EWC!
