I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Gibson for 15 years. Today I went in for my normal appointment and an EKG. He was very,very rude to me. He has never been like that. He was filling out paperwork for my meds and I was asking him questions and he said can’t you see I’m filling out your medication form? He then said don’t bother me is that all you do is talk. Extremely extremely rude and I will be finding another Dr. in my insurance group. Do not go to him, you will be disappointed. He needs to retire. The receptionist who answers the phone is very rude. Refused to provide further information after it was revealed that my client doesn’t speak English fluently and told me the doctor wouldn’t “deal with that.” What kind of practice only prioritizes those who speak English fluently? Will you not help those in need because of a language barrier? I was spoken down to and disrespected, and the receptionist ruined my experience of seeking medical aid through her way of handling the situation (hanging up in the middle of the conversation, mind you.) Like she recommended me to do, perhaps find another clinic that’s not this one.
