My mother was placed in a terrible rehabilitation facility, and I felt completely helpless. She called me throughout the day, pleading for me to get her out of there, and I didn’t know where to turn or what steps to take.

I reached out to Domain Medical and explained the situation, including the conditions of the facility she had been sent to. The manager listened with urgency and told me, “Give me five minutes.” Within thirty minutes, he had arranged a transfer for my mother to a significantly better rehabilitation center. By 6:00 p.m. that same day, she was safely moved and settled into the new facility.

I've been working here for a little over a year now. I can say there has been a great shift in care since I started until now. Under new management and clinicians. Care for patients has increased. I can honestly say this company is on the rise!
