I worked with the Deska team for an egress window. The company's differentiation is paperwork/planning -- no one wants a leaky basement. What I liked? - Fixtures, installation and on-site team were great -- what we most cared about What would have made 5 stars? - Work crew had to commute from rural VA to MD, so hit rush hour traffic each way - Would have preferred clearer expectation setting on total cost upfront a) What Deska termed completion was about 90% of project effort/cost in our case, so required a 2nd contractor not included in the quote. b) There is a 2.4% fee for paying by credit card, $0 if you pay by a cash instrument.

Omg...this company is awesome. The service was on point and the quality is great. Now to give kudos to Jeffrey and William. These gentlemen worked tirelessly on our house. They came early in the morning and was very quiet and respectful. They kept us informed of each step as the project moved forward. I can't forget about Mason. He was offered to let me see the house moving up and down. These gentlemen truly deserve to be recognized for their work. Jeffrey and William need their picture on Deska's website. Thank you Deska!

I hired Deska Foundation Repair to stabilize my crawlspace and add still beams to the foundation of my home. They did an expert job. I’m quite pleased and I would gladly recommend them to anyone who would ask me if I knew anyone who could do the job they were clean and neat. They were also very cordial and answering any questions that I may have had or even told me ahead of time what I needed to know because they didn’t think I knew to ask, I greatly appreciate Moe and his crew of people who came out here and did the work. They were very good and, I want to recognize Brian who initially came out and went under the house to check to see what needed to be done. Greatly appreciated. Thank you again for such an expert job. Truly a top notch professional company all around. DESKA Services came out when I noted a crack on the side of my house and they determined I had a foundation wall bowing inward. Getting into the repairs we also discovered a window header problem left from the previous homeowner. The DESKA team was quick to pivot, communicated very clearly, and provided options for solutions so I could understand the issues and make an informed decision for repairs. They led me through county required permit work to include Professional Engineering services. Their professionalism, attention to detail and customer service from Johan, Raul, Mohamed, Mason, Patrick, and their office team including Jackie made navigating this stressful project a breeze. You get what you pay for and this company was incredible. I highly recommend DESKA Services for any foundation repair need that you may have.

My wife and I reached out to several waterproofing/foundation repair companies and ultimately went with Deska as Dave, the on-site estimator, was the most knowledgeable, honest, and efficient when assessing our basement's water damage. We were NOT disappointed with the quality of work. Ronald and Andy showed up on time the morning of the project after giving a heads up call ~30 minutes out. They introduced themselves and explained the project scope confirming everything Dave had itemized on the project invoice before starting any work. I poked my head in the backyard a couple of times throughout the day to see if either of them needed anything, and Ronald always took a break to explain how the work was going. He took progress pictures and answered the exhaustive questions I threw his way as this was the first waterproofing project for me. The second/last day of the project prior to finishing up, Ronald and Andy gave my wife and I an overview of everything they had done and even insisted on returning the paver stones back to their original positions since we had those dug out when calling various contractors over for their estimates. A nice little personable touch! Thank you Dave and especially Ronald and Andy for your exceptional work and professionalism during the two days. Although it's unfortunately a premium to find trustworthy contractors especially in the waterproofing/foundation repair space, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these gentlemen to take care of any of your waterproofing/foundation repair needs.
