I’ve been going to Cynthia Santana since 2018, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! Over the years, she’s done a variety of extension services for me — including tape-ins, sew-ins, keratin bond extensions, and hand-tied wefts — and every single time the results have been flawless.

She’s also amazing with hair coloring (highlights, balayage, full color, toning) and precision cuts. No matter what I’m looking for, she always listens carefully and gives honest advice about what will work best for my hair type and lifestyle.

I had been struggling with hair loss, thinning, dryness, and breakage, and I had stepped away from Cynthia for a while. When I returned and committed to her expert regimen, everything changed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly understands hair health. Thanks to her, my hair started growing back, looking healthier, stronger, and absolutely beautiful. I just moved to Alexandria from Florida back in November. While wrapping up my life in Florida in December, I also got a stylist in Florida to install 3 rows of brand new Bellami hair. By the next week, my middle row was falling out. I contacted many salons in the area and received poor customer service or excuses as to why they couldn't fix the one row that was falling out.
