Only complaint is, there was a hole on one of my cashmere sweaters, and USUALLY, dry cleaners/tailors will mark the tag to indicate clothing has defect. So not sure whether it happened during cleaning, or if it was dropped off like that. Otherwise, nice place.

As a newcomer to the area, I was immediately impressed by the friendly and professional front desk staff. Their service model is incredibly convenient, offering both pick-up and drop-off options. I especially appreciated the helpful text notifications when my order was ready. The pick-up process was seamless and efficient, and the location couldn't be better. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Crest is always very quick when I need an alteration, dry cleaning, or a starch to my clothes. Very quick and reliable service, have been a customer for 8 years and will continue to be!
