I had Reza and Ardy do a total reno my 1980s-era kitchen in 2019. They did a great job, and the price was reasonable (that was pre-inflation of course!). It was a big job, total gut to the bare walls and subfloor, plus some plumbing work to replace an original cast iron drain pipe that was very clogged, and a little work in basement bathroom. Reza came and measured everything carefully and gave a detailed design and estimate, and worked with me on changes.
