My dog had a UTI. It took a couple of days before we figured it out, but when we did, OMG! Our house smelled horrible. I called this company, they gave me an appointment the next day. Travelle came out and did a remarkable and I do mean remarkable job on this room. There’s no stain and most of all, there is no smell. He was very professional, very courteous, just pleasant all the way around. I will use this company 10 times over even if my carpet turned out to not be that great I would go back to them just for that experience. Thank you, Chem-dry and thank you, Travelle.
