Today, for the first time, I came to this salon without having an appointment. But I was warmly welcomed. I think after waiting for about 10 minutes, one of the nail artists named Angel came to me and started my nail work. She was a very warm and kind girl and tried to make me feel comfortable. I had my fingernails and toenails done 2 weeks ago in another salon and I was not satisfied at all. And now I can't stop looking at my nails. I'm really happy and satisfied and I will 100% visit Angel again.
Everyone is so kind and welcoming, the technicians are fabulous, and there’s a plethora of colors to choose from. I drive 20 minutes to go there and won’t go anywhere else! Been going for 3 years and NiNi always does a perfect manicure every time.
I wish I could give more stars, but 3 is being nice. The ladies were nice; however, we felt uncomfortable.
You shouldn't get different treatment whether you come in a nice business suit or workout clothes. And you shouldn't make it so obvious that you are talking about your customers.
These were the quickest manicures we have ever had and feel we didn't even get the full treatment. A woman next to us was getting the same, and we were done before all of her polish was off.
Just an upsetting experience, especially when we chose this place because of the great reviews, even though it was more expensive than another place we have gone.
