For 15 years I suffered through poor and inconsistent service from various pool service companies and assumed it was just the industry standard. Then I found Caribbean. They are incredibly professional, competent and pro-active in maintaining my pool and the folks in the office are delightful and engaging. Love these Guys.

Caribbean Pools provides excellent service in a timely manner, often scheduling service visits within a week and often sooner. Our pool ran into a myriad of issues throughout the season this year and I could always count on a prompt email response or phone call from Ruth. As a pool novice, I was happy to be able to speak with Paul who informed me of the ins and outs of maintaining a pool. Each time Jeremy came out to service the pool, he was professional, friendly, and efficient about his work. They even delivered accessories/chemicals when they came out for service calls, which was convenient and saved a trip to the shop.
