Discovered I had an issue of a missing title and was having a hard time getting a duplicate. Went back to Beyer's where I had purchased the car. When I worked with a manager, Tom R, he said "give me 24 hours". He called within 12 hours, he'd solved the problem and told me when to expect the copy of my title. And I got the title within that timeframe. He was so helpful and solved the log jam!!

I knew I was at a different kind of Subaru dealership when one of their first concerns was making sure I had a loaner car. If you've dealt with some Subaru dealerships around this area, you know a loaner can sometimes feel like you're asking them to hand over the keys to their personal car.
Beyer Subaru was the complete opposite. The space was clean, the service was quick and efficient, and being so close to D.C. makes the location incredibly convenient. Jonathan took great care of me from start to finish and made the whole experience easy.
