We were being overrun by spider crickets and Mike came out the same afternoon that I called to schedule service. He was polite and very professional, letting me know what he would be doing and even left me some extra traps just in case they are needed prior to their next visit. I was very pleased with the quick and professional response by Mike.

Glad i got Better Termite pest control .. our Texhnician Christopher did a great job, very attentive, communication was great and I love the fact that prior to him coming he took notes and details about the concerns I had and he handled them all. Would definitely recommend. Also shouts out to my first technician Josh he did a great job too and was very understanding and had good communication.
