Really appreciating the power of good massage to keep this senior citizen on her fitness goals. I am hooked. Will Horak not only gave a great massage he carefully explained what was going on with my muscular system and added tips for me to do on my own. He was most attentive to my reactions carefully explaining what was needed as treatment. Rosa the MiniAussie was an added pleasure .
Patrice is one of the warmest therapists out there. Her sense of genuine caring is palpable. I love the therapy dogs, too! The entire experience is not only relaxing as the massage is superb, the facials are amazing. I feel like a new person!
I had one of the best massages in years yesterday with Patrice, the owner of this practice. She made me feel instantly relaxed, and we had a great conversation about the things that I needed and the benefits. I was hoping to get from the massage.
I needed a mix of therapy and deep tissue, and wanted her to find the things that needed attention and give me some good thinking on things I could do to stay healthy between now and my next Massage.
I got all that and more! Her warm and wise hands gave me the benefit of the thousands of massages she has given to others, and exactly the right mix of strokes and deep work I needed.
