Terrance and Emmanuel did a great job at assisting me with all of my questions. It’s my girlfriend’s birthday and they did and exceptional job at making her feel special. 10/10 will recommend!

Great overall Spa for relaxing in the pool/hot tubs(just not spa like) Recommendation…Personally, Would like to have had a few more healthy options for food/snacks. Although my massage therapist was very nice and accommodating, I hate to say that for me it missed the mark(most of my body was missed)…so I won’t be returning for that service. Drinks were almost $30(smoothies and alcohol) a lot of the amenities needed maintenance…just expected a lot more luxury for the entry fee$ attached.

We love Balian Springs. I am able to enjoy the spa with my partner as there are a lot of coed spaces. Keith and Leanne go above and beyond to provide the ultimate experience for guests. Will return!
