Aurora Hills Cleaners Alexandria is a go to dry cleaner known for excellent cleaning and very good alterations. The service is always professional and top notch, with great customer service. They have handled tough stains, including an oily peanut butter stain and bad stains on a white uniform top, making items look brand new. Wedding suits and bridesmaid dresses are taken care of, with reasonable pricing for the area. They communicate turnaround times very clearly and have never disappointed. Customers have been happily going back for years, supporting a local small business.
I went in about a week ago, devastated about an oily peanut butter stain, pretty large in size, on my brand new coat. They needed a little more time with it, but it completely came out! I cannot thank Aurora Hills enough for saving my brand new coat.
I had a white uniform top that had some pretty bad stains that I gave them on short noticed and needed back in a few days before a holiday. When I picked it up it look brand new with all of the stains out of it, paired with great customer service. This will be my new spot to drop off all of my dry cleaning.
Needed my wedding suit cleaned and pressed on shirt notice, with everything else going on this detail slipped my mind. They absolutely took care of me and my wedding suit helping make sure I looked good when I needed to. Have happily been going back for all my dry cleaning needs and never been disappointed.
