This is my third time in many years to have Arlandria Floors install carpet in my town house. The new carpet on 28 steps (to basement and 2nd floor), a landing and one hallway looks great - a facelift with a modern accent. Justin was a pleasure to work with, patient and very responsive to questions. Jeff again was amazing to do the installation, removing the old carpeting and helping to figure out the best direction of the carpet in the upstairs hallway, for the pies at the stairs to the basement and capping the edges on the main stairwell. Worked with Ozzie and Matt. Ozzie knows flooring and made everything easy. Things came out better than we expected. Great installers who took care to move furniture carefully. We're very happy with the outcome.

Is 6 stars possible? I’ve used Arlandria Floors twice now - first during a remote flooring design/install from across the country prior to move in followed by a completely new downstairs flooring installation after a flooding incident. Erich helped with everything - from a weekend flooring sample house call to getting baseboard corners designed and installed for a seamless finish. I can’t recommend Arlandria more highly - great team, product, communication, and designs. They go above and beyond every time.
