This agency has the worst caregivers.They don’t provide any of the services advertised , The caregivers do not clean up after the client nor do they assist them with their daily needs. We have had several caregivers from this agency for a family member. None of them are trained. The caregivers sleep most of the day. They ignore the clients needs.Get attitudes with the elderly clients who are already in a fragile state. If you complain to management they just tell the caregiver everything you said and then the caregiver comes to work worse and confronts the client about the complaint you made.
