Derek (hoping I've spelled his name correctly) showed up Sunday morning and spent about half an hour troubleshooting our HVAC system. He answered all of my questions and entertained my curiosities as he worked, and eventually discovered that our gas was turned off (we had no idea the gas would be off as the water and electricity were obviously functional).

I've been a customer of A-Advantage for a long time - maybe 20 years - and I could have written a 5-star review at any time during those years, but just never did. It's time! Yesterday evening my heater starting making very strange noises, and I called. I expected to leave a message and wait for a call back, but someone answered and said a technician would call me right back. Within minutes, Oscar called. He was prepared to come out later that evening, but I suggested this morning instead since it was already dark and my system is in an outside closet - and I knew I wouldn't freeze. Great service. Been using AAdvantage for annual service of furnace and AC for years. Gerson came out today, arrived on time and completed the work. The whole team is great to work with. They called the day previously to confirm, sent an email and called when the technician was on their way.
