During Thanksgiving week, we finally gave up trying to repair our old tankless water heater and started looking for help in purchase & installation of a new one. 495 HVAC, a local business, was able to schedule Lupe to come by the next morning. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. Knowing we were with familiar products that could meet our needs, he discussed the pros & cons of each and provided the estimate we requested. He also provided insight on switching from LP to natural gas IVO our particular location. It was a pleasant, no stress appointment by a professional.

Pretty good company. I do some small work myself, but when something more serious is needed or HVAC unit needs to be replaced I call them. They just installed new furnace at my house and I was pleasantly surprised that they redid duct work around furnace for the HVAC unit to work more efficiently. Very reasonably priced.
