Had three events which required their assistance and all related to a bad toilet placement in an upstairs bathroom. They arrived and quickly diagnosed the source of the water issue and made the necessary cutouts to verify the proper origin. Then I had to file an insurance claim. Upon completion of the insurance claim, the bathtub shower controls are NOT a part of that type of claim so I called 1-800 Plumber + Air to come back in and properly place the correct controls onto the tub and shower and VALIDATED THE REPAIRS FROM THE INSURANCE CLAIM, which needed tightening and trimming for proper appearance and longevity!! Great experience! The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was completed quickly and the area was left clean afterward. Pricing was fair and the customer service was excellent from start to finish.
I definitely recommend them and will use their services again in the future!
I recently had 1-800-Plumber +Air install a new shower and sink for me and it was done excellently. They handled all the plumbing, and even helped with sourcing fixtures at prices cheaper than Home Depot.
The work quality came out great and was done neatly and on time. Highly recommend!
